Man Shoots Tanker Operator Dead For Obstructing His Way Out Of Carwash

A man has been shot dead by a gunman at a car wash situated along Sam Ewang Estate, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

Management must explain how the situation got to this level and anybody who is found responsible, necessarily, they must be prosecuted. I think this would have been easily avoided and we can’t continue to live in a society like this, I want to assure you that we will look into this.

The ministry of education, must tell us what they have been doing. We are sure that there has been release of funds, what have they done with it? We need to sit down and ask ourselves what we really need to do to fix education in this country.

Magician Mistakenly Killed Himself In front Of Spectators

A magician trying to demostrate that nothing could harm him ended up committing suicide in the presence of his spectators. 

According to reports, Theprit Palee, 25, had been performing a Thai traditional dance in front of spectators in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, Wednesday afternoon when the incident occurred. It was gathered that the magician usually would press a long sword against his chest but instead of being impaled, the sword would break.

The sword normally breaks but this time it went inside him. "The medium has been respected for many years. People love him. He is one of people’s favourites.” 

Deputy Police Inspector Chaiwat Phan said they arrived at the San Kamphaeng district of the province at 3pm and found the medium bleeding.

He said: “We were informed that a man armed with a knife had stabbed himself. We are coordinating with the hospital while an autopsy is performed. There were people at the scene helping Mr Palee but he died later in hospital. He had a stab wound to the chest.”

BREAKING: Nnamdi Kanu Rejects Bail, Vows To Die With Co-detainees

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has rejected the bail granted to him on Tuesday.

A source close to him told DAILY POST exclusively that Kanu had vowed to remain in Kuje prisons with his co-accused persons.

The Biafra agitator was granted bail on health grounds by Justice Binta Nyako. ‎However, bail was refused his co-accused persons – Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Mazi Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.

According to the top source, who put a call across to DAILY POST, ‎”I just finished speaking with Kanu. He has vowed to remain at Kuje prisons pending when his co-accused persons are granted bail.

“He made it clear that these other three persons were arrested because of him (Nnamdi) and as such he can’t abandon them there.

“Nnamdi Kanu has, therefore, made it clear that he is ready to stay and die at Kuje Prisons.”

Meanwhile, IPOB has reacted to the bail conditions, describing them as childish.

In a statement by the Media and Publicity Secretary of the group, Comrade Emma Powerful, he said the bail conditions were designed by politicians.

The statement reads:‎ “The indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB and it’s leadership worldwide commend those who put pressure on Nigerian Government and her judiciary to release our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who has been in detention illegally since October 2015.

“The bail conditions which are most probably designed by politicians who are afraid of our leader’s popularity is too inhuman, childish and stringent.

“The oppressors are afraid of leader’s popularity and they hope to cage him through this funny bail condition, we are not excited, we demand the release of our members detained alongside him.

“It is unacceptable to the entire members of IPOB worldwide that the presiding judge Hon. Justice Binta Nyako attached condition towards the release of our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

“The Federal Government and their judiciary through justice Binta Nyako banned Mazi Nnamdi Kanu not to grant press interview, not to sit with more than 10 people or have any gathering.

“However, granting conditional release to our is unacceptable to us because he committed any crime against humanity or Nigerian state, we wondered why Binta Nyako would prefer to attach conditional release him.

“Again, justice Binta Nyako refused to grant Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Mazi Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi bail who has been detained with our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu since almost two years.

“We also thank the civilise Nations in United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, American Government, Israeli Government, Russian Government, European Union and others who prevail upon the Nigerian Government and her judiciary to grant our leader bail.

“We also want them to pressure on Nigerian Government and her judiciary to release other three members who are still in Kuje prison Abuja.”

Nnamdi Kanu’s Family Rejects Bail Condition

UMUAHIA—THE father of leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, His Royal Highness, Eze Israel Kanu, his wife Ugoeze Sally Kanu, have rejected the bail conditions given by Justice Binta Nyako of the Abuja High Court to free his son, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, saying Kanu should be released unconditionally.

In fact, both the father and the mother, Ugoeze Sally and their daughter Chinwe, faulted Justice Binta Nyako for the bail condition given to Nnamdi to be freed. 

Speaking to reporters at Isiama Afaraukwu, Umuahia North Council, Eze Israel Kanu said while the family was happy over the bail granted their son, they rejected the bail condition, saying that the conditions attached to it was not necessary.

According to the monarch, “the bail conditions was like giving something with one hand and taking it with the other hand. “The IPOB leader must be set free without any condition attached.

“The federal government should release my son unconditionally. The world should judge if the bail conditions are proper”, the monarch said. He explained that he was happy when he received the news that his son had been granted bail by the court, but was taken aback by the condition attached to it.

Eze Kanu was not happy with Justice Nyako for asking the IPOB leader to produce a Jewish leader as surety and wondered why a court of competent jurisdiction would demand for a citizen of another country as surety in Nigeria.

Flanked by his wife, Ugoeze Sally and daughter Chinwe, the monarch also faulted other bail conditions given to his son, including that a Senator from the South East zone with a whopping N100 million bail bond. Corroborating her husband position, Kanu’s mother noted that if her son eventually returns home she would advise him not to abandon the agitation for the restoration of Biafra. She equally stated that without Kanu’s activities the world would not have known about the problem of Biafrans in Nigeria. “No retreat, no surrender; God will deliver Biafra as He delivered Israel”, she said.

Meanwhile, thousands of MASSOB members in Umuahia went into wild in jubilation. In a statement issued by the MASSOB leader Comrade Uchenna Madu which reads thus, “The bail granted to our brother today is a triumphant sign of light over darkness. It is a motivational factor that Biafra will always triumph over Nigeria. I spent almost four years in different prisons from 2005 to 2009 which includes Suleleja, Keffi and Kuje prisons for same purpose of Biafra and was later released. “Know that we are the true representations of Biafra and genuine struggle for the liberation of the people of Biafra”.

“Nnamdi Kanu and others won’t be an exception. He represent the interest of the people of Biafra, he is not a criminal. MASSOB commends the efforts of Igbo Governors, some prominent and eloquent leaders like Mr. Peter Obi, Chief Nnia Nwodo (Ohaneze President General), Gov. Ayo Fayose, some Igbo National Assembly members, Nzuko Umunna and other progressive persons for their unflinching efforts in compelling the Federal Government to grant Nnamdi Kanu bail.

“As the people of Biafra erupted in jubilation all over the world in celebration of triumph of light over darkness, it shows that we are more united in our pursuit for Biafran actualization and restoration irrespective of our different organizations. 

We know that freedom can never be achieved on a platter of gold. “MASSOB also demands for the release of other pro-Biafra detainees in other prisons, including those at Onitsha and Awka prisons. MASSOB and other pro-Biafra groups, including IPOB are on the ground, ready to welcome and receive our brother, Nnamdi Kanu”, Madu said. In his reaction, the Chairman of South East Caucus of Interparty Advisory Council, IPAC, Prince Emeka Okafor while welcoming the bail rejected the conditions attached to it, saying that it amounts to denying him his fundamental rights.

According to him, IPAC frowned at the bail condition given by the Judge, saying that the Judge has deliberately denied him some of his fundamental human rights. Okafor however commended South East Governors for joining IPAC in calling for the release of the Biafran activist and called for the extension of the bail to others being detained with Nnamdi Kanu.

A Yenagoa Magistrate’s Court in Bayelsa State has freed 44 detained members of the Indigenous People ‎of Biafra.

The Presiding Magistrate, Penawei Mukoro, on Tuesday, dismissed the three counts of conspiracy, breach of public peace and unlawful gathering levelled against them (suspects) by the police.

The magistrate, who noted that the case against the detained 44 IPOB members had a ‘no-case submission’, subsequently discharged and acquitted the accused persons.

Breaking: Court Grants Nnamdi Kanu Bail, To Produce Jewish Leader As Surety

The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, who is facing charges bordering on treasonable felony.

Trial Justice Binta Nyako said her decision to release Kanu on bail was based on health grounds. The court held that Kanu must produce three sureties, including a “highly respected and recognised jewish leader”.

According to the court, aside a jewish leader, Kanu must also produce a “highly placed person of Igbo extraction such as a Senator”, as well as “a highly respected person who is resident and owns landed property in Abuja”. Each of the sureties are to deposit N100million each.

As part of his conditions for bail, Kanu was expressly barred from attending any rally or granting any form of interview. “I must stress it here that the defendant must not attend any rally. He must not be in a crowd exceeding 10 persons”, the Judge warned.

Justice Nyako equally held that Kanu who has been in detention since October 14, 2015, when he was arrested by security operatives upon his arrival to Nigeria from the United Kingdom, must sign an undertaken to make himself available for trial at all times.

Kanu was ordered to surrender his Nigerian and British international passports, even as the court compelled FG to return to him, his wedding ring and reading glasses.

However, Kanu’s co-defendants, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi were denied bail by the court which has fixed July 11 and 12 to commence their trial. Meanwhile, ‎Kanu has been returned to Kuje Prison pending perfection of his bail conditions.

Lagos Landlord Beats Wife To Death, Flees

Residents of Solar Power Drive, Igbo Olomu, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State are in shock after a landlord in the community, Omolaja Sodipo, allegedly stabbed his wife, Titilayo, killing her.

Sympathisers, friends and family members of the mother of four, trooped to their bungalow on Monday, where Titilayo laid in a pool of blood.

The husband was said to have fled the scene.

Community leaders reportedly alerted policemen from the Owutu division, who removed the corpse and deposited it in a mortuary.

Our correspondent, who visited the scene, observed residents discussing the incident. The police had locked up the building.

Although most of the neighbours refused to comment on the tragedy, Kenvibes News gathered that the couple had been married for over seven years.

The relationship was said to be fraught with disagreements, which usually resulted in domestic violence.

A resident, who did not want to be identified, said the disagreements always bordered on the welfare of their four children.

He said, “They came into this community some years ago after building their house. The man, who was formerly dealing in telephone accessories, had been jobless for some time. His wife worked with a private school after giving birth to their fourth child two years ago.

“But they were always at loggerheads, which led to the man beating up the wife. The man is short-tempered and it appeared the frustration of his joblessness also got into him. We always heard their voices anytime they were quarrelling.

“Last night, we heard them fighting again. In the morning, we discovered that the woman had been stabbed in different parts of her body. She was lying lifeless in a pool of blood.”

A community leader, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the victim’s mother lamented that her daughter had been complaining  that her husband was always beating her.

A female resident, who did not want to be identified, toldKenvibes News that she sighted the suspect walking away from the house around 8am.

Kenvibes News learnt that the eldest of the couple’s four children is only five years old.

A member of the Women Arise for Change Initiative, Obatungashe Adebayo, who spoke for the President, Dr Joe Oke-Odumakin, called for justice for the deceased, urging women in violent relationship to quit before it was too late.

He said, “This is the reason we have been campaigning against gender-based violence. It is becoming rampant. Marriage is not by force. It is certain that before this incident happened, the woman must have been seeing signs that the man could take her life. If you are engaged in a relationship that threatens your life, you should quit.”

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Olarinde Famous-Cole,  said, “We are still searching for the man.  The woman’s corpse has been deposited in a morgue for autopsy.”

Nigerians Must Come Together, Support Fulani Herdsmen – Samuel Ortom

The governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, has stated that his government cannot be spending money on security in this recession.

Benue has been in crises in recent times following incessant attacks on the people of the state by herdsmen as well as attacks by gunmen in some parts of the state.

The Federal Government had deployed security forces to comb the flash points across the state, leading to the arrest of several persons linked to most wanted criminal, Terwase Akwanza, aka Gana.

Addressing reporters at the government house, Makurdi, on his return from China, the governor maintained that money meant for security could be used to solve other problems.

He reiterated the need for ranching as a panacea for putting an end to the clash between herdsmen and farmers in the country.

According to him, “The solution to Fulani invasion is ranching. There is nowhere in the world where we have cattle moving about except in Nigeria. Why must we live with animals? How can we continue to spend on security in the midst of recession?

“We must ranch our cattle. Nigeria must come together to support herdsmen ranch their cattle.”

While reacting to the recent clash between Fulani herdsmen and farmers in Ikpayongo area of the state in which six persons were reportedly killed and many others injured, he urged the youths to be law abiding and stop taking laws into their hands.

Ortom advised the people of the state to always report whenever there were issues to the appropriate quarters so that government could take up the matter with a view to finding solutions to them.

He added, “Report where there are issues. Two wrongs can never make a right. People will begin to be afraid of Benue if we continue this way. No matter the provocation, we must be law abiding so that government can fight for us.”

Little Boy Skinned Alive By His Cannibal Uncle Who Drank His Blood And Ate His Heart'.

A four-year-old boy who was snatched by his 'voodoo' uncle was 'skinned alive' before allegedly having his heart eaten by the family member. The 'evil killing' of Kamvelihle Ngalathe has rocked his home village after his gran tracked him down to a blood-soaked house of horror.

Kamvelihle had gone missing while out playing with friends.

Gran Nontuthuezelo Gwanya, 70, launched a search in the middle of the night in a desperate bid to find him. The gran’s sister then tipped her off her to check for the missing boy at her son’s house saying she feared he was 'in the grip of Satan” and 'did not trust him'.

When she knocked at the door at 2am her nephew would not let her in so she forced it open and her screams at what she saw brought villagers running.

Police returned and arrested the 30-year-old man.

Neighbours said the boy’s ribs were on the sideboard and his skull had been skinned and split in half with remains of his brain by a salt shaker.

Police spokesman Captain Nonzero said the suspect had recently been released after seven years in prison for murder after serving his sentence.

Mandisi Gwanya, 30, was remanded in custody and charged with murder in KwaNtsila village, Eastern Province, South Africa.

Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya and his rebellious gang who are now scavenging for legitimacy and acceptance of Biafrans, actually understand the efficacy of oath no matter how insignificant such oath could look? I believe that considering the academic acquisition of Dr. Clifford Iroanya and Bar Emma Nmezu, these supposed erudite scholars should know that it is suicidal with a nemesis capable of rendering one's generation even the one unborn useless for any party to derail from the terms of agreement of any oath which such individual voluntarily subscribed to.

As Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the supreme Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) formed IPOB worldwide, he administered an oath of allegiance for Biafra restoration to his followers and himself, where Nnamdi Kanu swore with his generation even the ones unborn that if he attempts to betray Biafra or do anything contrary to established principle of Command and Control or disobey the collective will of IPOB worldwide, let Chukwu Okike Abiama destroy and wipe him out and his generation unborn. He also administered this same oath on every other IPOB member who voluntarily wish to be in the number of people that stand head to head with him to restore Biafra. Every hardcore IPOB member voluntarily subscribed to this oath including Dr Clifford Iroanya, Bar Emma Nmezu, Mazi Uchenna Asiegbu and others who have today in a joint liability derailed from the terms of agreement of the oath under reference.

Let nobody anywhere in the world make mistake about it, it was in keeping of his own side of this same oath as stipulated, that made Nnamdi Kanu to fearlessly take risk of coming to Nigeria when it was obvious to him that Nigeria government is waiting to arrest him if he comes to Nigeria; just because it has then become the collective desire of Biafrans and IPOB in particular that Biafra restoration issue should shift from London which is the central operation front to the grassroot in Biafra Land.

Today, Nnamdi Kanu still choose to remain in Kuje prison than to betray Biafra restoration struggle as contained in the oath subscribed to by Nnamdi Kanu, Dr Clifford Iroanya, Bar Emma Nmezu and even my humble self. It is worthy of note that till today in keeping to the oath, Nnamdi Kanu has never become angry with Biafrans no matter what he is suffering and also has never done anything evil against Dr Clifford Iroanya, Bar Emma Nmezu, Mazi Uchenna Asiegbu, etc.

It is upon this ground that I want Biafrans in general and IPOB members in particular to ask and demand answers immediately from Clifford Iroanya and his rebellious gang the following questions:

(1) In which way has Nnamdi Kanu derailed from the oath we collectively took which made Clifford Iroanya and his gang to conspire against Nnamdi Kanu and sabotaged the Biafra restoration?

(2) As Clifford Iroanya is parading himself as the person who deserve to be IPOB leader, would he had remained in prison without compromise against Biafra should he be promised heaven and earth promised to Nnamdi Kanu which he rejected?

(3) Ask Clifford Iroanya and Emma Nmezu what has Nnamdi Kanu done to them which made them suggest that he should be overthrown and abandoned in detention?

(4) Ask Clifford Iroanya, with his chicken heart of cowardice what made him abandoned the burial of his mother two days to the occasion and escape back to USA when he visited Oguta, Imo state for the said burial, just because of rumour that DSS was coming for him. Will this be the same heart with which he will lead IPOB?

(5) If Clifford Iroanya is brave enough to lead a people just as the man born leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, why don't he stay and do the burial of his then late mother even if it warrants joining Nnamdi Kanu in Kuje prison?

If Clifford Iroanya and his rebellious gang fail to provide answers to these questions, I advise all Biafrans still moving with them to run for their lives by deserting them or perish with them soonest when the nemesis of the oath they voluntarily subscribed to hit them. I have said this and let me say it again, if I, Onyebuchi Eze have become tired of the struggle for Biafra restoration, I will just go home and rest by resigning from Family Writers and IPOB Family. A nemesis of an oath is hanging on Clifford Iroanya, Emma Nmezu and their rebellious gangs & anybody who is still following them whether knowingly or unknowingly will never escape the doom ahead of them. Any Biafran who does not know the efficacy of oaths must be fathered by Hausa/Fulani who do not have culture anymore except the tenets of Islam. Are you still with Dr Iroanya and refuse to run for your life by rejecting him and his gang, then blame yourself when the calamity hit you.

I rest my case!

Nigerian Woman Marries Lesbian Partner In The US (pictures)

A Nigerian lesbian woman, 53-year-old Moji Solar-Percy, walked down the aisle with her American ‘wife’ on Tuesday in the US, celebrating the freedom that she would not have had in Nigeria.

Solar-Percy, a real estate mogul, runs a company, Solar Worldwide Realty Inc. in Staten Island, New York. She gushed about her love for the woman, with whom she probably would have been arrested if the wedding had taken place in Nigeria.

Solar-Percy, who hails from Ijero-Ekiti, Ekiti State, describes herself as a mother, realtor, LGBT activist, speaker, coach and host on her Facebook page, did not reveal the name of her partner.

She wrote on her Facebook wall, where friends and families have been celebrating her new status, that she embarked on the marital journey with fear.

“Today I woke up in a cold sweat. I was drenched with fear, for a moment. I forgot where I was. I ask you all to close your eyes, imagine what would have happened Saturday at our wedding if we were in Nigeria.

“Even though we went to great lengths to make sure we had security, the thought of the police barging in and arresting all our guests, my wife and I, to be carted off to jail, the women raped and beaten, the men brutalised, and my children beaten along with everyone else.

“When I got my bearings, I got on my knees and thanked God for his grace of living in the US. Then I remembered all the people that could not do what we did with grace and class.To all of you (gay) all over Africa, #westandforyou. May all our days be filled with blessings and grace.”

In another post on Facebook, she hinted that one of her children, actually did her make-up and hair.

“My make-up was all I wanted that day. My weave looked like it grew out of my scalp. To have my first child do my hair and make-up, then walk me down the aisle was one of the best memories of the evening,” she said.

According to her, the daughter had been doing her hair and makeup since she was 12.

In the wedding, which was well attended by other Nigerians in the US, Solar-Percy and her bridge decked up in both traditional attires, while another picture she posted showed her wearing a white wedding gown and being attended to by her first child.

Friends say Solar-Percy has never hidden her sexual orientation.

Saturday PUNCH learnt that as is the tradition in many gay weddings, the broker and her partner made use of two aisles.

A source said that each of their bridal trains alternated going down the respective aisles, then Sola-Percy and her partner walked parallel to each other.

She was said to have hired two photographers to capture both of them as they walked down the aisle

In Nigeria, such a gay marriage would have met with a clampdown from authorities as a result of the country’s Same-Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Law, which prescribes up to 14 years imprisonment upon conviction.

“He wasn’t initially impressed and didn’t like that idea and he actually called the producers of the event and asked me to come back home.

“He said he was not happy at all but then I was able to convince him and beg him.

“Before I returned home, I was a bit scared and I wasn’t sure he would be happy.

“I won’t lie, I was just hoping I made him proud in the house and when I finally placed a call to him, he said something like, ‘now you have my time abi?’

“And I apologized and asked him if I made him proud and he just said “I love you my daughter” and that is just what I want you to know, that my parents are proud of me and I’m looking forward to going home and paying them a visit.”

Over 30 Fans Electrocuted At Calabar Football Viewing Centre

Over 30 people are feared dead at a football viewing centre in Calabar, the Cross River State capital after being electrocuted by a high tension cable that reportedly fell on them.

The football fans are said to have assembled at the centre to watch a UEFA Europa League quarter-final match between Manchester United and Anderlecht on satellite television.

Channels Television correspondent in Calabar reported that the live electricity cable broke from its mooring and fell on the viewers.

A witness, who said he was the first to run out of the viewing centre, told Channels Television that the victims died as a result of a contact between the live cable and the roof of the viewing centre.

Electricity authorities said it is illegal to erect any building around areas with high tension cables.

James Bond performing artist Clifton James Dies at 96

James was best known for showing up close by Sir Roger Moore in the Bond movies Live and Let Die and The Man with the Golden Gun amid the 1970s.

Elderly Nigerian Man Robs Four Banks In New York

A Nigerian said to be a journalist and former United Nations employee has been arrested for allegedly robbing four Manhattan banks — all during his lunch hour.

According to New York Post, Abdullahi Shuaibu, 53, was picked up by cops on Monday and arraigned on two counts of attempted robbery.

All the four banks he allegedly robbed are within walking distance of his office at the foreign press center inside the US Mission to the United Nations, which is across the street from the UN building.

Shuaibu works as a journalist for an African news agency, police said.

He was arrested after a retired police officer who works as a guard at the US permanent mission to the UN recognised Shuaibu from a surveillance image previously released by the New York Police Department (NYPD).

“It wasn’t hard [to recognise him],” a guard reportedly told The Post. “He comes in and out of here every day.”

In the first incident, Shuaibu walked into a Santander Bank on Madison Ave. near E. 43rd St. on February 27 and told the teller he had a gun. The bank employee complied and handed Shuaibu an unknown sum of money.

He allegedly operated in two more banks in March, first striking out at a Bank of America on Third Avenue near E. 47th St. on the 13th.

He was said to have been successful in robbing a Santander Bank on Third Ave. and E. 63rd St. on the 27th.

During the most recent incident on Monday, Shuaibu reportedly walked into an HSBC on Third Ave. and E. 40th St. around 2:30pm and passed a note demanding cash to the teller.

The teller did not read the note and asked Shuaibu for identification.

He then instructed the employee to read the note, keeping his hand in his jacket pocket while simulating a gun, police said.

Police arrested him later in the day when he returned to the UN.

One of Shuaibu’s colleagues at the foreign press center said they were “all in shock right now.”

A UN spokesman said Shuaibu worked briefly for the United Nations for a couple of months in the fall of 2013, but has not had access to the facility since leaving in November of that year.

“[He] is not an employee of the United Nations nor is he an accredited journalist to the United Nations,” UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said

Facebook Murder Victim’s Girlfriend Reveals His Last Words To Her And What She Told Their Children

The young woman who had two children with slain senior citizen Robert Godwin has revealed her lover’s last words to her, minutes before he was murdered.

Wiping away tears, Angela Smith, 34, said the 74-year-old had promised to be back quickly after a brief pursuit collecting empty soda cans, which was his hobby.

‘He said “I love you girl” as he left. He always said that. He was looking forward to the lunch I was cooking.

‘He said “Call me when the food done” and I was laughing as I said “Ok I’ll call you. I got you”.

‘He loved my chicken and dressing and couldn’t wait to eat it.’

But Mr. Godwin never came back. He was murdered at random and in cold blood by shooter Steve Stephens, who is now a fugitive and being hunted nation wide.

She said Mr. Godwin, who was killed close to the house she shares with their children, had been collecting tin cans for years as a hobby after retiring in 2011.

‘My Baby-daddy had money in the bank. He was driving a 2016 (car). It wasn’t about selling the cans, it was his hobby.

‘Whenever we went to the grocery store, he’d be checking for cans. This was nothing out of the ordinary for him. He didn’t need no money.

Akbar Salubiro was still wearing  his boots, short and t-shirt when he was cut from the belly of the beast.

The snake was sliced open with an 18-inch hunting knife after villagers hunting for Salubiro found it in his back garden,UK Mirror reports.

Locals gathered round as one man used an 18-inch long hunting knife to slice open the serpent - and found Akbar inside still in tact.
